After the arrival of the product, inspection and confirmation of the presence of all accessories, the replacement order will be shipped directly .
Terms of replacement:
1-the product must be in its original condition and has not been used , and the card on the item has not been removed with the provision of full packaging .
2-the customer shall bear the replacement fee of 30 riyals , and if the product is defective or there is an error, the abayas of another style shall bear the full costs .
3 .the amount paid by the shipping fee and the cash on delivery fee can not be refunded.
